1st time order. I ordered enough to receive free shipping. Rec'd an email next day advising 2 of the items were out of stock, that were marked in stock when ordering. Email advised I had to order replacements or pay shipping. Good customer service should have not charged shipping since this was their error. It was difficult to order 2 more items since they did not have a large selection. On the up side, signs were nice and fast shipping packed well.
